James Crawford
Coach
James is a Director of a Public Sector Talent business and has been playing rugby for 35 years. He played mini and junior rugby progressing through development level rugby at colt’s level. He is still playing when the body allows and is keen to pass on his experience to the Dragons.

He is married to Lisa and has two boys, his youngest is a Dragon.
Mark White
Coach
Mark is a former player who’s previous coaching experience was with Sutton Coldfield RFC & Lichfield RFC Colts having retired from playing. Mark took a break from coaching to help raise his 2 boys. Mark is also a former season ticket holder at Bath Rugby and current coaches the Tamworth Colts.
Mark is Married to Alison and his son is one of the Dragons players.


James Rowland
Assistant Coach
James is a Deputy Headteacher at one of Birmingham's leading secondary academy schools and played rugby at university and mens level. He has an Enhanced DBS and the RFU's Kids First Contact and Refereeing Training for Coaches.

He is married to Debbie and has three children including one Dragon's player.
Chris Tudor
Assistant Coach
Former player who played for a local club in Bath from the age of 16 and played my last game at the age of 49 for Tamworth 3rds. Chris coached with England Deaf Rugby for three years and is a qualified first aider.
Chris is married to Lucy and has three children one of whom is a Dragon.


Steven Greenall
Assistant Coach
Steven is the owner of a local music instrument manufacturer, an avid sportsplayer at mens level. He has an Enhanced DBS, Designated Safeguarding Lead certification and the RFU's Kids First Contact Training for Coaches. Steven is a qualified first aider.
