Why Rugby for Kids
Rugby is a fun game which is accessible to children of all ages. As well as developing physical, social and mental well-being, Rugby provides boys and girls with a safe and enjoyable way to develop their skills in discipline, teamwork and resilience.
Age Grade Rugby
The game of Rugby is governed by the Rugby Football Union (RFU). Age Grade Rugby is the game for all players aged 6 – 18 in clubs, schools, colleges and includes the rules of play for each age group helping children progress over many years to the professional men's and women's game.

It is based on the principles of player centred development which puts the wants and needs of children at its heart.
